|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live - Accomodating Staff — The staff is great and made the move-in process quick and seamless. The ability to pay rent online and submit a maintenance requests or questions in the resident portal app is great. My unit is nice and roomy, and neighbors are very friendly. The security system is also a great feature. The pool and fitness center are clean and wonderful The streets can be crowded with parking and sometimes pet waste or trash can be found but some residents or people passing through not being considerate of cleanliness. Overall a great place

|Recommended: YesNew Resident — Well kept homes. Quiet Maintenance responds immediately. Staff is kind and professional Only concern is parking in the street. Even though it is allowed, it is unsafe, very inconvenient and a bit of an eyesore.

|Recommended: NoBeen living here for over a year and so far love it. Maintenance Anthony and staff are the best, always comes on time and very friendly. The two complaints I have are the parking and people not cleaning up after their dogs. But overall, a good experience here and a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesI've been living at Lakeview for almost six months now, and it's been a fantastic experience. My three-bedroom unit is spacious and well-lit, with modern appliances that make daily life a breeze. The staff has always been friendly, and the maintenance worker Anthony is responsive to any requests with such a positive attitude and reliable work. While rent is a bit on the higher side, the overall quality of living definitely justifies it.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — My wife and I just moved to Lakeview Crossing, and we have been extremely pleased with everything. For any issue we have had, the property staff quickly responds and takes care of the issue. The maintenance staff is incredible. Everyone has been exceptionally kind and welcoming. The only issue is the parking, but it's manageable.
|Recommended: YesLove It Here — I've loved living here. My new neighbors at 105 not so much . They are noisy and yell alot plus slam doors.
Property for the most part is kept clean. Staff Maintenance is super sweet and helpfully.
